Wall Mount Garage Opener

Had Reg install a wall mount garage opener for us. We needed the extra space in the garage by removing the old conventional opener that was in the center of the room. Reg was great to work with. He was extremely considerate and made the installation painless. A few issues came up along the way but Rev is a great problem solver and great communicator. I would highly recommend Reg for any future work.

Amazing experience

Calgary

Our springs broke on our garage door. Reg from Aladdin Doors responded immediately and was able to come the next day. Such a lovely man who went above and beyond. He fixed the springs and made sure everything was oiled and working properly. He also went through the system with us to help with some issues we were having with the sensors and the sun triggering the door to open. So nice to have someone take pride in the quality of their work. Without hesitation we would use this company again and recommend them.

Superb Attention to detail = a job well done

Reg is a true professional and takes great pride in his works and products. Our garage door opener broke, and he not only replaced it, but also did a thorough assessment and tune up of our existing door! The new equipment was carefully installed; the quality of his work was evident. He took the time to explain our new product, and how to maintain and troubleshoot problems. I feel confident in recommending Reg to others, and it appears many other customers feel similarly.

This is the second review I have submitted for Aladdin Garage Doors. I am a repeat and VERY satisfied customer. I called Aladdin Garage Doors on a Sunday when my garage door would no longer open. My call was answered and service was scheduled the very next day as he had an opening. The service was excellent and the company was very professional. Without hesitation I recommend Aladdin Garage Doors as I have now used them at the two different properties I have lived at the past four years. You won't be disappointed and they will exceed your expectations.

Installed torsion springs

Our garage door springs was broken. I contacted three companies and Aladdin quote was very competitive. Very quick and fast response from Reg of Aladdin garage doors.He is professional, knowledgeable and completed all his work with precision and took pride in his work. Hence his work reflected the same. Complete clean up when finished and removed all the old parts and debris. I highly recommend Aladdin garage doors.
