I call in to inquire about the washer repair service, I was offered $30 discount for new customer so I book an expert. The expert came in look at my washer at first he said the filter was dirty and asked me to wash and clean it which I did. Then he still cant make the washer to work and told me that the parts that has problem will take 4 months to order and will cost at least $250. He suggested to just replace the washer. The whole process took him only 15-20 mins. He asked for my payment, I gave my visa without question as I am still in disbelief of the kind of service. After after a few minutes, I check my visa balance and saw $98.79 charges
which is more than what I expected. I was promised $80 fee less $30
discount. I really felt dissatisfied with the service.
