No problem getting an estimator out for my washing machine. He quoted me a price, I agreed, and he told me it would be about a week for parts.
This was over three weeks ago and I haven't heard anything except for my credit card being charged. No phone call, no "hey, the part is backordered," no nothing.
So I disputed the credit card charges and went elsewhere.
