Paid hundreds of dollars for a service I did not recieve
I paid $260 in total 3 months ago to have my fridge fixed. The money paid was a deposit for parts and initial consultation fee. After 3 months the service tech still has not showed up to fix my fridge. Everytime I talked to him he gave me a different story on why he does not have this part. I called the supplier asking about the part ordered and they told me it was picked up but the service tech denied it. There is no phone number to contact a manager. Finally the service tech told me he will send a message to the company to refund me as he never did show up again to install the part. He sent me a photo of the message he sent the company.The manager will not answer my email or return my money even after the service tech told him to. Stay away from this company!!!
