This company is a very greedy and fraud. I had asked them for an urgent service attendance for my one bed room condo heat pump which was not working well. They agreed and sent a technician. This technician knew nothing and informed me that compressor is tripping because of high pressure and this is because of improper water temperature supplied by building central heating boiler system. Wanted to bill me huge by counting time from previous place from where he left. Only after confrontation he reduced it a bit but still not correctly. I called another company and immediately the problem was resolved as shortage of gas and leak point detected and rectified.Gas charged and system fully functional. I TRIED TO CALL THEM AND THEY WOULD NOT PICK UP MY PHONE NOW TO LISTEN TO MY GRIEVANCE. DO NOT FALL PRAY TO THIS COMPANY.

Even after response on my review they would not pickup the phone to talk. Beware.

I am new to Montreal and sought a company to assist in having a thermostat for heating installed (replacing our exsiting)- Mysa, which is designed to control baseboard heaters by wifi remotely and has a visible display of your room temperature. Josh, their technician arrived and installed it and activated it's wifi connection. I now have peace of mind when I travel I can see internal temperature of home, schedule heating selection , turn down when away and up when arriving. This will save in electricity bills. Josh reviewed how to clean our ductless AC unit and how it is serviced. I highly recommend this company for it's communication, expertise and being cost efficient. Josh detected a problem in our existing wiring to the thermostat that was a risk- which was not spotted by home inspection.
