In the past three years, we worked with three different pool companies to have a pool leak fixed. Each company found the “probable” location of the leak at a charge of hundreds of dollars each, then failed to provide next steps and ignored our calls. We never heard back from any of them.
Then I found GBI. Jordan and his team were professional, courteous and most importantly, reliable. They found the leaks, explained details in layman’s terms and provided next steps with timeline and cost estimates (which were very reasonable). Our pool is finally leak-free and functioning better than ever and we could not be happier. Thank you GBI !
