I’ve used Blue Ribbon Plumbing several times, they are a quality service. We’ve had Jeremy twice for clogged drains and faucet repairs, he is very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall satisfied with this company and would recommend.

Blue Ribbon serviced our residential boiler and explained to us how our fan coil furnace worked. They offered great service and were patient in answering all of our questions. They were extremely knowledgeable and very honest in the type of repairs or maintenance we should consider to keep our system running well. We didn't feel like we were being upsold. Very knowledgeable staff answering the phones... she understood the urgency of my situation and and asked the right questions..she was able to get someone on the line to walk me through getting the situation under control... they arrived a few hours later to fix the problem and even fixed another issue...you can tell they know what they are doing. Had s follow up call a few days and had it resolved over the phone... great customer service...finally found a plumber that understands how to run a business... great teamwork

I found a water leak at 7 in the morning and opened a service request. Blue Ribbon responded within less than two minutes, and had someone at my house 3 hours later. Will definitely hire them again (already have a job in mind).

Shannahan came out at 6am in subzero -41 celcius weather to fix our broken pipe (turns out there were a few things wrong). He was so calm, even though our pipes are under our house as it us a trailer home. He crawled under the trailer where the water was free flowing and went to work. He very quickly we and got the part he needed and did everything he could. His price was more than fair, he was sincere and honest. Thank you for rescuing us and we highly recommend Blue Ribbon and will definitely be calling soon.
