Tim Contracting has done a number of jobs for us so far, two condo renos including four bathroom renovations. They were always on time, the quality of work is outstanding. Tim is very skilled, knowledgeable, gives good advice and his team follows his lead. They were always prompt, finished their project on time with high quality of work and cleaned the work site. They also did most of purchases, pick ups and deliveries for us which was great help and saved us a lot of time. We had a couple of tight deadlines and they met both of them. I would recommend Tim Contracting to anyone and will continue to use them in the future.

We first hired Tim and his crew to redo our outside cement steps leading to our basement. They did such a great job that we hired him to completely redo our basement and do other work in the house. They did a fantastic job on the basement which needed a total gutting, rewiring, flooring, all new electrical work etc. We kept adding things to do and there wasn't anything he couldn't do - and do well. He's an absolute master at tiling and did a great job on redoing our upstairs bathroom. All the work was of excellent quality and at very reasonable prices. His entire crew is very dependable and always showed up on time. We think he's one of the best contractors in the city and would recommend him to anybody.

Front steps and walkway were redirected away from driveway to the sidewalk. Excellent paving job. Tim and his coworker were courteous, efficient, and finished the job in a timely manner. Price was very good for the quality of work.

We highly recommend Tim and his crew at Multiverse Builders. They have done several large and small landscaping projects for us, as well as multiple other landscaping and interior home renovation projects for our neighbours and several friends and family in downtown Toronto and in North York. Everyone has been very happy. They are efficient, creative, and highly skilled, as well as very reasonably priced. Our projects have all involved stone, concrete and interlock, and they have been consistently outstanding. Very pleasant to work with.
