John was very professional and friendly. He was able to quickly assess the damage to our balcony. The price quoted wasnt the lowest we received, nor the highest, but the quality, personality, and professionalism demonstrated were key to our decision.
John worked with us to ensure that we would obtain the best product that suited our need. This meant a few return trips with larger samples of the vinyl covering allowing us to have a good understanding of its visual suitability.
On the service day, Ron arrived on the agreed time to start the process of fixing and replacing the old vinyl covering. John and Ron completed the work very competently and cleaned up after the work.
