Beware, dryer vent not guaranteed

Though the duct cleaning was good I booked specifically for the dryer vent cleaning and when the guy got here, he refused to do it because it was on the second story. Why offer the service then? To add insult to injury they did it for my neighbour (second floor too!). Not only is this disappointing but pretty inequitable. I now need to pay even more to have this done as separate service if I want it (which costs more!).
