Colair Duct Cleaning

The technician was very professional. Received a confirmation of appt the day before and technician called prior to arrival. He was mindful of leaving the door open as it’s cold out and kept it shut as much as possible. He didn’t wear shoes inside the house (I didn’t ask, he just took them off) and worked independently. He asked before using disinfectant and allowed me to smell the bottle to make sure it wouldn’t give me a headache. I really appreciated that. He also swept around all the vents before he left and there was not a speck of dirt or dust from this service. I did my best to give him space around the vents before arrival but he did have to move some smaller pieces of furniture to access vents and he did so without any annoyance. I have a 14 year old dog who can be yappy with strangers but he was absolutely wonderful at trying to make friends with her and assured me that she was driving me more crazy than him. Again, I appreciated that. All in all a really great experience and I have already recommended Colair to all my family and friends.
