Unfortunately, I didnt realise that he has changed his company name to royal homes reno. I tried to look for reviews and didnt see anything negative because he had changed his company name recently. He not only did not complete the job after leaving with my money whatever he did complete has been done extremely poorly. I now had to hire other contractors to correct all his work. He caused two major leaks into my brand-new kitchen destroyed all my new hardwood floors and chipped my brand-new countertop in my bathroom just to name a few. The list goes on. Unfortunately as soon as I complained he blocked my number and has never come back. Beware of this contractor do not use or you will be out thousands of dollars and have more damage in your home. Artin and his worker have no idea what they are doing, looks like they are learning from YouTube. They showed us some photos of previous jobs, which looked nothing like what we got. He extended the project for over a month, in the middle of it started showing up whenever he wanted, didnt communicate. He supposed to renovate our washroom, but did terrible job, we had a list of issues which he promised every day he will fix tomorrow, but he never did. This way day after day he tricked us to pay 90% of the whole cost and then vanished. It turns out that the shower he did is leaking, and the water runs through the ceiling to our dining room. Everything has to be torn down and the renovation needs to start over from scratch now. Artin does not finish the job. The work he did complete was a half finished washroom, and the work itself was terrible. Tiles are uneven, he added completely different hardware that doesnt match our washroom. His workmanship is terrible, and he also left our bathroom and basement unfinished without paint.

Artin from Royal Palace Renovations was paid 8800$ to renovate our bathroom upstairs and fix the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom. He was to be paid another 1000$ once the job is fully completed. He took 8800$ for the job and took another 800 deposit to change two windows in the basement and vanished to thin air. He is not responding to our messages and not taking our calls.
First week he was always late and did not show up on the days he said he would. He tiled one wall and the tiles were not aligned and looked crooked. Some of the tiles were sticking out. And then all of a sudden when he got paid, he stoped responding to us. This guy is being reported to the Toronto police, RCMP and Canadian fraud centre. We have receipts of all the e-transfer payments were made to him and also his text messages to us asking for money for the washrooms he did not finish and also asking a deposit for the basement windows that he did not even touch. He took the payment and did not complete the job.

This contractor does not finish the work. His name is Artin and we gave him our basement project (make 2 bedrooms, Ikea kitchen, and lay laminate flooring) He estimated 3 weeks but ended up taking 3 months yet didn't finish the job. Now he's not answering the calls and texts. The workmanship is very poor. Don't hire Artin from Royal Palace renovation.
