Caco and Ibrahim texted to say they were on their way and showed up on time and were ready to start the job. They were super friendly and detailed in the explanation for what they would be doing before starting. They were a thorough and efficient team working throughout the house and finishing with a clean through and pictures of the improvement. They gave options for other service without trying to upsell us. I will speak first to the quality of the job - The workers showed up on time, worked quickly and were polite and courteous and worked quickly and the ductwork is clean satisfactorily.

Communication is all done via email and is professional and reminders are sent which is a good plus.

They call about 30-45 minutes before arrival - another good trait

The negative - I realized after booking with them that they are a bit more expensive than other companies --- no big deal I told myself, the pricing is full and upfront and they are well reviewed -- and went ahead with the service instead of cancelling.

My wife took care of letting them in and paying , and upon payment was presented with a machine which had only had tip options for 15% and higher options.... the lowest option was 60 dollars ---
I don't mind tipping for good service, but it should be optional and definitely not starting at 60 dollars and going up from there.

In closing - this company does good work and the employees are good people that do a good job - but the pricing is not transparent .

Caco & Jemeel were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They shared before/after photos and ensured we were happy with the work before leaving. They took the time to walk us through what they had accomplished and even gave us additional tips - going above and beyond.

The team of Jahmiah & Caco were great. They called us 30mins prior to their arrival to give us a "heads up". They were also on time which helps given our personal, busy schedule. Friendly introductions were made from the start which made conversation very comfortable. They took precautions within our house to wear foot coverings and clothed all their tubes that came into the house. The job took roughly 1.5hrs from start to finish. (3000sq ft home). They took pictures and a few videos to show some of the built up dust and muck in our vents.
Overall, I would recommend this team from Air Force Duct Cleaning.
