Air Force cleaned the ducts at our 2-1/2 storey home. The ducts had not been cleaned in many, many years, certainly on in the 10 we have lived here. As well, we had just finished major basement renovations and involving interior excavation and drywall sanding, both of which generate large, fine volumes of particulates. The day after, all of us commented that the air just "feels better." This is something I am not particularly sensitive to, but even I noticed a difference.
The two man crew was on time, and highly professional in every way. We were very impressed, by both the service and the result. Highly recommended!
