The ducts at my house haven't been cleaned in 3 years, which I suspect was a contributor to the bug problem I've been experiencing. Thinking that cleaning the air ducts could help, I booked Air Force based on a friend's recommendation.
Caco from Air Force was the technician who did the job, and he was great. He was knowledgable, punctual, respectful (including of my worries of bugs getting into the house from outside) and a good communicator - he explained in layman's terms any issues that he discovered.
E.g., he found one vent wasn't connected to the furnace pipe, and offered to do a simple fix with metal tape.
I would recommend Air Force to anyone looking to get their air ducts cleaned.
