I dealt with Adel for quoting, Q&A, and scheduling. He was prompt in responding and I liked that we could use What's App chat as well. He called and we talked when details were easier to be discussed rather than typed.
The two technicians arrived on time. Based on the business card left, their names are Ibrahim & Abed. They were both friendly, professional and helpful.
