Excellent and professional service! He examined washing machine and pointed out on mistakes of using it since nothing has be really broken. Under his guidance we did testing washing cycle and it was nice and quiet. I suspect that other contractors would be happy to replace some "broken" parts and charge you much more.

Washing machine would not complete washing cycle. I described issue to Yevhen when he called following my email. We both thought it might be
a motherboard problem. He arranged a time to come and diagnose issue, bringing the appropriate part based on our conversation. On arrival, after a closer look and with additional information, it proved to be a broken valve which he did not have. He ordered it immediately online, showed cost and delivery and gave estimated date to return. He returned at a mutually agreed time, replaced part immediately and fixed problem. The actual cost was less than original estimate as the part was cheaper. All communication was quick, efficient and polite, as was the service provided. I highly recommend Yevhen.
