Before moving into our new home, we worked with Daul Haus Design to renovate our basement and upstairs bathroom. Everything, from start to finish, went very smoothly. George, the designer and home renovation guru, took care of every detail! He went above and beyond to make sure that we got everything we wanted and more.

His creativity, kind nature, and professional demeanour made the renovation experience truly enjoyable. In contrast to other contractors that we had worked with in the past, he remained committed to the project until we were completely satisfied! Not once were we concerned about the work being done properly; George managed every aspect of the project himself and walked us through every decision to ensure we were always on the same page. And when faced with minor hiccups along the way, he came to us with solutions and a new version of the plan.

It was a pleasure working with a true artist and professional in his craft. Without a doubt, we’ll be going with Daul Haus Design for all of our future home renovations.

Each phase of the project- from the first contact with George, designing the basement with him, to picking out the finishings (trims, sconces, paint, tiles etc.) with him as well, to the completion of the work, our experience was remarkable! These guys worked their butts off and completed our basement job in roughly 5 weeks! George is in constant touch with you throughout the process, which brings the peace of mind that any homeowner looks for. We were amazed at how much effort these guys make, to ensure that you are happy. And we are very happy with our new basement (2 rooms, a living area, a 3-piece bathroom and a wet bar area).

George was very prompt and professional and was able to offer suggestions that really appealed to me with regard to textures, painting my condo so that it would add a feature wall and appear as if it was a larger space. George is very experienced and knowledgable.
