Stopped responding to emails or calls, lack professionalism
Have very mixed feelings about working with this company. We hired them to help create a cleaner look in our backyard as well as replace our backyard door. Everything went great, but unfortunately the door latch was left to the outside, making it very difficult to close from within the backyard. Also, the latch is very weak and doesn’t support the weight of the door (our initial reason for replacing). Sent an email to let them know of the problem and was told it would get fixed (adding screenshot). They came a few weeks later with a new latch, but claimed they needed to replace another piece and would be back. We have been waiting for 2 months and have been emailing back and forth with promises they will come a certain day but we are met with no shows. I understand its the busy season and we have been extremely patient but for something so minor, we really didn’t expect so many issues. As a sign of good faith we even paid them for the completed work but maybe in retrospect, should have waiting until this was all corrected. At this point they have stopped responding emails or calls. Attaching screenshot of last email. Clearly they don’t care to guarantee the work once they have received the money, even when they clearly knew they had left a problem.
