We signed up with Lindsay this year for all of our outdoor needs, garden maintenance, lawn mowing, fertilizing, mulch, aerating, garden planting, spring clean up etc. Well into the thousands of dollars of work.
In the three months that we used her company, it has been a complete disappointment.
The grass was only mowed 3 times in 3 months (we had paid for bi-weekly service).
I paid $500 for flowers, and she only planted $300 worth (she has acknowledged this)
Gardens have had weeds that are over 12" high all summer
Aerating was done in the spring, but seeding wasn't done until late June, even with my insistence to get it done earlier
I have asked for a refund for the $200 for plants and $100 of fertilization that I never received, and she is not even responding to any of my texts anymore. I've had to hire a new company to take care of my lawn for the remainder of the year.
