Initially we chose Tara Construction not only because they not only gave us a fair quote for the work of renovating our condo, but they also supported women working in the trades, which was important to us.
The renovation is now complete and we simply could not be happier with both the result and the process. Ian was a wonderful communicator, responding promptly and clearly to our concerns and questions. The work itself including plumbing, electrical, new ceilings, recessed lighting, new flooring, wall removal, shiplap installation, bathroom remodelling and overseeing the trades who installed the new kitchen is truly top-notch - and came in on budget and on time!
Ian took full leadership of the project. He even returned to the site on a Friday evening at the end of a very long week, to sort out an unexpected issue and make sure everything was running smoothly. Ian and his team also worked quite well with the on-site condo supervisor, following all condo rules and regulations to perfection.
We could not be happier with our decision to choose Tara Construction for our condo renovation project and benefited from both Ian's excellent work ethic and his wonderful Irish sense of humour along the way.
