two cables replaced on the garage door

call them and they responded within 4 hrs. the job was well done at the time... within 24 to 48 hrs the garage door was not sitting properly. call them back and the same person came within 4 hrs. after looking at it and trying to stabalize the door i was advised that was the best they could do. so now i am out 159 dollars and i must call call another company to come and fix what inoa screwed up. the gap between the door and the the floor is now almost two inches. great job.
