There is always that concern when selecting a contractor that they execute properly and within the budget and timeline agreed to. Karol was great. He had the best price, he was easy to get a hold of and schedule the work. Showed up on time and did great work. I would highly recommend SaCo and Karol for any project. I intend to use them for my other projects in the near future.
