I paid him what he asked without bargaining. He still wasn't Happy and complained the whole time. He did a terrible job, and left a big section beside the door trim because it was too hard for him. He's also extremely messy and inconsiderate. You'll have to clean the whole house every time he visits. He's rushes too much and just cares about money. I world never recommend him to a friend. He charged me $400 for 2.5 hours of work. Terrible
