Quick Sidekick

Although communication was excellent, the manager promised more than was delivered, assuring the handyman knew how to install a sill into the vapor barrier of a stucco siding. I sent several pictures to explain the job clearly, I had cut the sil part to size and painted it in preparation, all that was needed was a headless nail or two to attach it securely (with a nail gun). The handyman did not have the tool, the nails and on top of that when he got what he needed, he split the wood piece and sent at least 10 nails into the vapor barrier.
