Shawn and the team have been nothing short of outstanding. We had a fairly complicated situation, which resulted in a fixed panel being required as well as an up and over door.Shawn spent a huge amount of time, genuinely keen to ensure that the end result, including floor tiles, measurements, and overall fit was 100% correct. Countless visits, phone calls to the supplier; and whilst there were issues (beyond his companies control) remained courteous, polite, and professional throughout. Having had 2 houses renovated and dealt with 100's of trades, Shawn is one of the very few that I have literally zero hesitation recommending to anyone. I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism and I have a high bar.
