Than comes from an engineering background and is meticulous with detail and measurements. He installed the heavy and large porcelain marble with precision and care. He has a wide area of experience and I has completed various projects such as pouring exterior concrete/stone/tile, interior concrete floors, drywall, framing, tile work, sound proofing, insulation and general electrical and plumping. He even has redone my roof with asphalt shingle installation and waterproofing and flashing. The work is done in predictable and reasonable timeline. The main character attributes is Than is reliable, honest, punctual, a very hard worker, and experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others, other than for selfish reasons as I seem to be constantly renovating something. You keep the good ones.
