We found out about Five Lions through Home Stars, where the reviews were excellent. Still we were extremely impressed and thankful to them for the very prompt, incredibly helpful, extremely courteous and friendly, knowledgeable and high quality service they provided. Moe couldn’t be nicer or better to deal with!! We needed a gas hot water tank replaced and they squeezed us into their day, arrived exactly on time, did a fantastic job, explained a number of things that were great to know and even arranged for the old tank and the box from the new one to be taken away! And the price was very reasonable. We couldn’t be happier!!

This was my first time using Five Lions and all the great reviews are true. Mo came very quickly and provided ultra thorough servicing of our 1998 Slant Fin boiler and Napoleon gas insert. He is a total delight to work with, extremely knowledgeable, the soul of politeness, and his expertise is very impressive. Thanks so much, Mo. We first hired Mo to install our new gas stove as part of a kitchen renovation project we were doing. He responded promptly through HomeStars and was extremely pleasant to deal with. His price was also incredibly reasonable, and he was fair and honest in dealing with us.

We were so impressed, we hired him again to install a kick-plate vent in our kitchen. We had quotes from other providers, but they didn't seem decent (and changed when we contacted them a second time). Mo, again, provided excellent value and got it done quickly and efficiently. We would recommend Mo and Five Lions to anyone (and do so regularly).

It's obviously an extremely competitive industry and we had multiple quotes done before making our decision. Moe came out right away, walked us through the quote and what needed to be done. He's incredibly responsive, patient and happy to explain the work. He's rock solid and will do the job right.

He arrived early to start the work, and stayed into the evening to ensure that everything was done. He even followed up with us to ensure that everything was running smoothly.

We had an excellent experience with Five Lions. Moe responded quickly to our request for an estimate, and took time to review the options with us during his visit. We had logistical challenges on our end, but were still able to get the A/C installed in a timely way because of Five Lions’ flexibility. Moe responded to all our questions and requests without delay. The installation went smoothly and we are very pleased with the results. The customer service was great - professional, friendly, efficient and direct. We would highly recommend Five Lions, and will definitely use them in future for any HVAC work.

Moe and his team did an excellent job. I have in floor heating and so the job was fairly complex, particularly because the previous owners of my house did not set things up correctly. Five Lions did a very thorough job and spent the time to get it done properly. Moe was a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Five Lions did an excellent job replacing our water heater and AC unit. They were knowledgable, quick and friendly. We are extremely satisfied with the finished product, and highly recommend their services. Even my father-in-law, a retired contractor who is very difficult to please, was thoroughly impressed by the quality of this work.

Our furnace broke down prematurely, Mo and Brandon were so helpful and educated us that the furnace installed previously was too large for the size of our home. They showed us how to do routine checkups and installed a new furnace that had a ten year warranty. They were neat and organized and cleaned up after. Highly recommended and trustworthy.
