Had my thankless hot water heater and AC stop working together. When I called I got a very friendly voice and reply from Fabio (I think that was the name).
couple of hours later we had Brandon coming to our house taking all health precaution for the virus control (mask, gloves and special socks).

less an hour later both AC and hot water were back in business with a smile. Was very impressed and more than happy with the service

There was no hot water in the house, they quickly came and checked the tank and solved the problem. They were very punctual, finished on time and very thorough work. I strongly recommend.

Fantastic service from Moe and the gang at Five Lions. They responded very quickly, came and serviced our old unit and tried to repair it, and when it didn't stick, came to replace it within a day. There was a great exchange of info, and options from the start, and they did a great job. They've got a customer for life with me and my family... very happy with everything.

Moe is great! Our old stove broke beyond repair so we decided to upgrade to a gas range. This is the second time Moe has run a new gas line in my home (first was for a BBQ) and once again he was responsive to my request and quickly performed a site survey. He started on time, ended on time, and the final invoice matched the estimate exactly. Moe even researched and went out of his way to pick up a hard to find 240v adaptor that we needed for the new gas range to work.

Moe has even saved me a few times when our furnace went out last winter. All around he’s a great guy and true professional. Another amazing project completed!

I had problems trying to figure out why my furnace wasn’t working Five Lions came to review and rather then just charge me for anything they took time to diagnose the problem with my furnace and explained everything about my unit and what my options would be going forward. Now my furnace works like it did years ago. I have no problems referring them to family and friends. Thanks again for giving me heat!

We needed significant heat and cold air duct re-routing as part of our renovations.

Moe and his team take pride in the work they do. Their recommendations for our re-routing efforts were excellent. They also provided a solution for under cabinet kitchen venting which the kitchen cabinet company appreciated. The work was done with care and precision. Every seam was sealed and the job site cleaned up at the end.

Since HVAC was one of the first trades on site, it was critical to get the work done fast and on time. On the first meeting (before renos started), Moe promised us a timeline. Once we were able to get started (after demolition), his team put a plan together and got us squeezed into their already busy schedule. The team worked crazy hours and delivered on their promises - as a result, our renovations moved forward on schedule at a very critical time.

Enbridge changed the gas line to our house and when they went to hook us back up they red-tagged our gas line saying there was a leak. I called Five Lions after fighting with Enbridge all day. He called back and was at our house 35 minutes later. Looked for a leak, did a nitrogen pressure test and it turns out we didn't have a leak so he got us up and running with gas after two days with no hot water. He then went and did the same for our neighbour as Enbridge did the same to her and again she had no leak. He finally left at 10:30 pm after a full day at work. I can't speak highly enough about Moe and also the fairness of his invoice. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

Not enough superlatives. Remarkable, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, professional and HONEST!! Moe went above and beyond to resuscitate my 89 year old mothers 1985 Carrier Heat pump when others said it should just be replaced. It is now humming smoothly and quietly and using much less energy than before. Moe worked on it for many more hours than originally intended without complaint till 11:30 at night, then went home to study schematics to find a way to bypass the heat pump that was the source of the problem as she has newer furnace and no longer required that feature. Five Lions trucks are very well organized and well equipped for any eventuality. He never quits!! If every trade was this honourable the world would indeed be a much better place to live! Moe is true tradesman, class act and gentleman. I would highly recommend calling them first!! You will not be disappointed.

Moe did a fantastic job replacing my old unit and explaining the work he was doing. He also advised how to keep it lasting longer. Very polite and hardworking in one of the hottest, if not the hottest days of the summer. Highly recommend Five Lions, very happy with the results!
