My garage door got broken, I called ONC and they came in less than an hour to assess the damage and see what need to be done. I had to replace the door, and they provided a variety of options to choose from. They gave me a date for installation and they were very committed to the date. On the installation day, they came on-time. They did a great job with a friendly explanation of each and everything they did. Very professional, neat and clean. I would highly recommend them for any garage door fix or replacement work.

Double garage door with opener was constantly not closing - would just come half way down and then go back up - I also have a single manual garage door that suddenly stopped opening - it was time to have it fixed. I combed through reviews and companies and decided to go with ONC. Good decision. John showed up same day as request, figured out what was wrong with both doors very quickly - double door had damaged cables and sensor, and the single door spring was about to break -
obviously knows his stuff, discussed pricing which was reasonable and fair and had it all fixed in an hour, plus he tuned up everything making sure everything else was working properly. John was Very personable and informative. I would recommend ONC to anyone. Thanks for your service and help

Well, things happen- as they always do. We had our tenant back into the Garage door causing quite a few issues that made it turn into a bigger issue.
We had managed it for a while, and after calling numerous companies that either didnt show up.... or gave me an outrageous quote ... i was done.
That is when i came across ONC on Kijiji. Now, going on Kijiji can sometimes be a pain in the butt and you find some sketchy people but i was PLEASANTLY surprised when a professional individual answered my "please help me" message quickly!
ONC came in the next day and looked at the issue... gave me options and asked what i would like to do. There was no pressure to go with the company, but in reality.... he was nice enough to provide me the cost for Each part of the job... (5 little jobs= 1 decent size job) ... and was able to do most of it on the spot. Who can say no to that?!
He came back the following day (today) and followed through on the remainder (he had to get a part... no problem!!) .
Super friendly, VERY professional, explained every little thing to me ...he could have taken me for house and home. I have zero experience with things like this... nor do i want to have experience with things like this....
He didnt. I was happy to not be taken advantage of- and i really appreciate someone doing what they say they are going to do.

ALSO- i left him at my home and went back to work... paying him before the job was done. No regrets- VERY trustworthy. (My European/Egyptian parents would have had a heart attack) BUT i have learned over time that you can tell a lot about the character of an individual based on how you feel. Trust these guys... you wont be disappointing.

AND i knew i made the right choice, when i received an email at work just to tell me that everything is complete- and where i can find the sticker for the warranty...and if i needed anything to send him a msg.

Good people are very hard to come by... trust these guys- i am incredibly happy that i did!!

My neighbour next door called ONC to get his garage door fixed. I was in my driveway when the guy (John) arrived. I asked him if he could take a look at my garage door when he was done with my neighbour. I happened to badly damage my garage door just the day before when it closed on the front bumper of my car. Ugly scene. Panels and struts were damaged. John quoted me $150 to fix it in about 30 minutes. He did it exactly in 30 minutes for the $150 and the door looks almost new. Very efficient. Thank you John.

Call ONC at 1:00 pm ; the gentleman give me price through the phone and say will come fix it at two hours . John Hamwi show up on time and get it done in less than 1 hour , he also help me check and fix the chain of the opener .

Great service, the tech arrived earlier then expected (after being called the same day) and was in and out quickly. He was very courteous and respectful, and fixed our garage door as promised. Thank you so much!

I called late hours and the next morning a technician, John had arrived to replace the necessary parts for the garage. He did it in a short period of time and keeps us informed of all the workmanship as well as tips of maintenance. Great service!! Great work John and thanks for all your help. I called this company in the middle of the day in absolutely freezing temperatures. The spring had broken on my garage door and I needed to get my poor old car back into the garage. The owner offered to come that night in the dark (great service) but I thought it could wait until the next day. He came on time, did the work well, recommended some other work that he felt was really necessary (they are old doors), and was done in no time. I would recommend this company, and actually did that same day.
