John was quick to respond, came on the same day for a quote and our door and new motor were installed within one month. (Ours was a smaller custom size, so we had a slightly longer wait time for the door to be made.) Quick and painless install - garage looks great and everything was done as promised. Called them in the morning to replace weatherstripping on both doors. Came in that same day and replaced the weatherstripping, rollers and one spring. Very professional, curious and clean. John did a great job. This is a really good trustworthy & professional company It was a pleasure dealing with them. They back up their their work for 2 years. Will definitely deal with them again. I submitted a job request through ONCs website on a Friday. John called within hours. I got an estimate to replace both springs since the other spring was of the same age. We set up a appointment for the following day (Saturday - which was convenient for me, since I didn't need to take time off work). John came on time, provided an overall assessment and I took his recommendation to do a few extras. John was very professional, courteous and prompt. It was a pleasure to deal with him. I will definitely call him the next time.

Reasonably priced and very professional. When I spoke to him on the phone he gave me the price and didn't try to 'up-sell' me on anything I didn't need.
