Discovered a leak in my parent’s Radiant heating system over the holidays. Soroosh was the only plumber, of the four I contacted, who returned my phone call or email. The work was completed on time and budget. Soroosh and Moe were great. Thank you very much for your help.

Awesome service. Quick response to my call. Soroosh was polite and professional. I would highly recommend him to get the job done. He’s the first person I call for any plumbing emergencies that come up again.

Lots of red flags. Exaggerated the scope of the job, exaggerated the price. Was full of attitude. Didn't come prepared to do the job(about 2 hour's of work) even though it was a straightforward wax seal replacement and all information was provided in advance and said he did'nt even have the capacity to take on the job for another week. (Improper disclosure). Why would we co-ordinate someone on site for a leaking toilet if they can't even do the job for a week?
Two kinds of people. One's who sincerely cost out the job and the other who sizes you up for how much they think they can maximize you for. Saroosh is the latter. Frankly a waste of everyone's time.

Did a total repair of my showers - draining and replace the shower heads - swiftly, professionally and perfectly.

They arrived on time, did an assessment of the problem and gave a quote upfront. They made sure the job was done right and were very professional. I would call them again.

Saroosh came and did a through check of gas stove and to set up a barbecue. Although he had to deliver news we did not want to hear, he was professional and explained the reasons why things were not safe as they were. He telephoned again the next day to check on things and I would highly recommend him to others. The costs were reasonable too.
