Working Garage door an essential service!
Our builder put on a double garage door with wooden exterior 12 years ago. We know now the door is good quality and heavy! However, the motor was not equipped to keep on moving the door and the rollers were cracked. 4 years ago, we needed new springs at 40 below when the garage door failed. A local private company came and repaired it thankfully but we know now, put springs on that were not capable to last with the heavy door.
So we are now replacing the hardware again!
When things fail especially in winter, it is necessary to have quality and quick service responses. Express Garage Doors did not disappoint even thought they are based out of Calgary. Ron is a master at what he does. He went over and above to replace and install a new heavy duty motor as well as all the door hardware and help to set it up wifi on our phones . We are not techy types so had a few issues after a power outage and he was willing to come back out in short order to help get things figured out. We have now been taught the steps in case wifi issues happen again, and are totally satisfied with the outcome. His response time is amazing! And we had no extra charges to drive out-a great warranty! Thank you!
