Horrible experience with Pat! Paid him the full amount for the service he promised and he left the job halfway and disappeared! Very unprofessional and irresponsible! DO NOT TRUST HIM! STAY Away!

The work stopped after Pat damaged the moisture barrier on the foundation wall , while trying to pour concrete slab all his forms broke and left my property with broken messed up concrete . He not only damaged my property and it will cost me alot to fix but he refused to deliver things that he received money for. Unethical stay away. I have taken photos and videos and will proceed with legal action. Stay away from

Hired to do a dock repair of sunken dock. Gave 1000$ deposit. Over 3 weeks he would tell us that he's sent guys to the house, sent materials over, started work. Each weekend we would call him and he would say he'll follow up.
At the end of a month and a couple weeks we have asked him to return deposit several times. He says he will send 'today' every time and nothing gets sent. It's been two weeks of us chasing him.
Not to be trusted. DO NOT HIRE.
Will take your money and disappear.

I had pleasure of paying 950 dollars for zero work, except if you factor in all the lieing and excuses. This guy initially gave a great quote, thoughtful and understood the work. As soon as he got deposit he disappeared. His wife/girlfriend Chantel would often pick up the phone and also provide some friendly and colourful non truths. No work was started let alone completed. We were told everyday for two weeks that money is coming that never did, it was always "bank is closed", "cheques are on hold", "I'll do tonight, tomorrow, later today", just lots of non sense. It's one thing to simply take your money and another to just continually waste someone's time. Don't walk away from these people, RUN!!
