We had a prior staircase installed at our house a few months back. The company proved to be unreliable with their work and never returned to install the missing stringer piece at the top of the staircase to finish off the work properly.
I luckily found Brothers Flooring and right from the start I knew they were professional and the right people to hire. Michelle was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process on timelines, costs, etc. George and Danny were extremely professional and helpful and detail oriented. It is hard to find anyone these days that really takes the time and care to finish a job perfectly.
For such a minor installation compared to other jobs, they made us feel just as valuable and important.
I would highly recommend them if you want a professional and complete job done at your home.
