We had a water leak in our condo which resulted in us needing new hardwood floors. After a bad experience with our insurance's restoration company we decided to search for our own flooring company. Being very new to any sort of home reno we asked around and received a few quotes for flooring + install. The search was a little frustrating as many of the companies were unclear about the exact work being done or were unwilling to address our areas of concern or requests. When we found The Brother's Flooring we knew we had our team. Faddy came to our condo for an initial consult where he answered all of our questions and eased all of our concerns. What other companies said they couldn't or wouldn't do, Faddy considered a standard level of care/workmanship.

We chose flooring based on their recommended supplier and the quality exceeded our expectations. The install went beautifully, and we were blown away by their workmanship and attention to detail. There was clear and responsive communication throughout the entire process and they made sure we were thoroughly happy with the end result before finishing.
