I called Mark at 7pm on a Friday night after I got a clog in the kitchen sink and put a hole in a pipe trying to unclog it.
Mark answered on the first try, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave a quote and made an appointment for Saturday morning at 9.
He showed up right on time with the right parts and fixed the problem. He was in and out in less than an hour and cleaned up after himself. The price was as quoted.
