Taping Perfection

My wife finally decided to finish our basement and when it came to finishing the drywall (which makes or breaks any renovation) we were quite nervous because the drywall was installed very poorly with huge gaps and holes almost everywhere and I honestly could not see how it can be finished and was even thinking about tearing it down and starting over. Found Tony on Home Stars but despite the great reviews I was still a little skeptical thinking that all the posts may have been manufactured or exaggerated, but decided to call him for a quote. When I first met Tony he obviously noticed how poorly the drywall was installed but although he was not impressed and knew it would be a lot more work than some of his other Jobs he was very pleasant, informative and explained the process, timing and the cost in even greater detail to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding. Best of all Tony assured me that despite the workmanship he assured me that he will make the downstairs look better than upstairs. Tony showed up when he said he would, on time and always in a great and Cheerful mood. I also noticed that Tony whistled while he was working, which to me was a true sign of a man who loved and took pride in what he did. Needless to say our expectations were surpassed and to say the work looked amazing would be an understatement. Tony delivered on his promise and made the basement once again look like a professionally finished basement despite the shawdy workmanship of the drywall install. He was on time, on budget and what he said he kept to his word. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tony to anyone.
