Rob is meticulous and conscientious. The workers were on time and never missed keeping us informed when and who would be doing the work. Rob matched the stair colour and finish to hardwoods in our house to make everything look amazing. Cheaper and better result to have someone who specialises in refinishing than to just a hardwood floor installer do it.
