Sam's Lock and Door

Sammy did a good job replacing these esoteric hinges which took over two hours. He charged me $580 + HST, this included a $80 service charge. I asked him for a discount, to at least waive the service charge, since he was in my area when he called to see if he could come over. He only discounted $100. Even at $480 this is a lot to pay for the time it took him to do this work.
