Our fridge was so noisy that our nerves were frayed. Alan deducted the cost of his first diagnostic visit, for a discount on the second visit. ordered 2 parts to make sure one of them would work. He followed proper COVID protocols. It did not take him long to fix our fridge, and it is still running smoothly and much quieter. We would not hesitate to recommend him.
