The signed contract said my project would be finished before July 1. Unfortunately it was delayed to start until July 10th. I paid deposit $3000 when signing contract in May with Harris and not allowed to take back. After start, Joe always said it would be finished in two days. He showed up in July 10th and took the $7000 deposit. Then he used excuse not to come. Until July 15th he showed up second time. Then July 19 he showed up third time and asked for
$4400 and July 20 another $4400. Then only $900 left for the whole project. July 21 and 22 only his workers showed up. And then they disappear till now July 30. I called and sent many
messages to ask him to come from June 20. He always used
excuses like he can't work on the excavation or poly sand after the light shower a day before. He told me from very beginning my project
was only two days work and he could finish immediately.
But actually it is one week work. The quality of work is really not as good
as expected.
This company said it could only work six days from June 20 to July 30 because weather limitation. Then I have to terminate the contract and pay extra $3000 to ask other contractor to finish the job and some other money to clean the gabage left and repair damaged driveway and lawn. So I learn the lesson that not to assume the contractor trustable and pay most money before the work done.

Its a shame that that there a customers out there like you, The fact you get to lie in a review should be a crime.
You received $4,000 In upgrades that you did not pay for, when it came time to pay you told me not to come back, you are a liar and a thief. When you told us not to come back, we pulled our bin out of there only to find out you had thrown numerous amounts of random garbage in the bin that was meant for soil only, that is an additional cost of $1400, that you refused to pay.
I have phone records of you calling after 12AM, both me and my sales department, who does that?
My crew begged me to not have to go back to your place, and I still made them go so we can finish your project.
You are a horrible person and I hope any contractor reading this stays clear away from you, you are a nightmare.
