The bathroom renovation was contracted to another company that did poor work, causing minor damage. The sub-contractor measured incorrectly that resulted in poorly laid tiles and finishes. My request to have the strip (see photo) repaired has been ignored.
The parent company is understaffed, resulting in a longer timeline to complete the project.

Hi melodi - I don't understand why you would rate our work as poor and bring the value of our company down, where clearly the job was not done by us, and this job was completed back in 2018 or early 2019 and now you decided to make such comments ? Clearly it shows that you are making these comments towards another Contracror and not our company - please see all of our other reviews and you'll know we are not what you claim!!!!!
And if you were not happy with the other company why did you agree to use them? If you're trying to hurt our Company's image by making claims like this, you're making a mistake, we are well known for our quality and claims like this will not hurt us!
