I own an old house, and the problems just seem to be endless. I called Andy at my wits end with a leaky roof, and a laundry list of other semi-urgent small jobs.

Andy showed up the same day, and was on site again with roofers in less than 48 hours. I was so impressed by how he understood my emergency and worked so hard to get it done in a timely manner. After the roof, Andy spent a day or so doing the small jobs and all of which were done with incredible precision and care. You can tell this is a guy who cares about his reputation and his customers well being.

Andy was prompt, paid attention to detail, made useful suggestions and completed the job in a timely manner. He also fixed a small problem beyond the scope of the project at no additional cost.

Andy came on very short notice to repair damaged trim around a window. He was professional and did a great job at a reasonable price. This job was critical to getting our house ready to be put on the market - Andy saved the day after another contractor left us in the lurch.

I would HIGHLY recommend Andy. I have not worked with a more conscientious, trustworthy and helpful contractor before. Andy has a strong eye for detail and quality, and I was very pleased with everything he helped us with. He was patient with our many, many questions, was willing to take on new contracting tasks that came up throughout the job (e.g., we noticed several leaks, drywall damage, etc. that he was willing to take on as well) and was super flexible as the nature of the jobs evolved - e.g., our porch paint job turned into a rebuild once we realized how rotten the wood had become.

We hired Andy and his crew for a full house renovation. After several contractors flaked out on us, we lived in a semi demolished house for a year. Andy took on the job and moved on it right away. He was on site almost every day making sure everything was going smoothly, he addressed our needs as they were his own. Everyone who came into our home as a part of the job was very respectful and professional, kept the place clean. We are very happy with the job and we will be recommending Andy to all our friends in the future.

When I needed a railing for my deck steps, several contractors suggested different ways they would make it work, as the opening at the top of the steps was wider than the steps, so it required some rebuilding to support the railings. I chose Andy to do the work. He talked with me about how to resolve the problem, considering the aesthetic as well as the practical. He came up with a solution that I liked which corrected a few problems with the previous steps and I am very happy with the result.

When my contractor was too busy to take on an urgent job, Andy was recommended to me through my plumber.

What started as a small job turned into a major one and Andy was kind enough to take on the task - a bathroom that required a full renovation and ceiling beams which required replacement due to a slow leak.

Andy was incredible throughout the whole process. He's very professional, trustworthy, reliable, respectful and is a fantastic listener and communicator.

Clearly Andy loves what he does. I am grateful for the craftsmanship (which is extremely high quality) and the devotion to his work. He did an excellent job, paid attention to the details, and was very considerate throughout the whole process.

He kept the house clean both while working and at the end of each day. He was also very considerate to my dog, who was at the house throughout this process.
