When I phoned Western for a quote to install and replace installation plus minor mold remediation they responded the same day. They were very approachable and adjusted the scope to meet my budget. Details surrounding each project phase was presented and discussed in a very cordial manner. Jason, Colyn, & August worked in a professional manner. They asked if I wished to view their work at various phase completions and also answered my questions clearly. Recommendations were presented often. I was engaged and communicated often.
