The installers arrived an hour early and I hadn't had time to move some stuff around the furnace. They moved it and didn't complain, but didn't move it back, either. Their salesperson had said they'd need to install a couple of 2 x 4s because there weren't any where they needed them. The installers didn't bring any. The lead installer seemed to think this was my fault. I'd been told that they would cut a hole in the dry-walled ceiling, but that they would cover it. They did not cover it and didn't even leave me the piece of drywall they took out. They helped themselves to my heavy duty extension cord to plug this unit in. They allowed a pump to overflow and soak the carpet and under pad at the bottom of the stairs. I dried it by running both a heater and a fan for 3 days, but there is an obvious water stain. I want to sell the house, but this water stain is going to make it clear that the basement has flooded. I gave them one star because they took the old water tank back.
