Easy Renovation

We found this renovation company on-line when we were searching for a one-stop-shop bathroom renovation company which had good reviews, but also had reasonable prices, and a quick turn around time. Many of our friends had bathroom renovations that took many weeks or months to complete.

The renovation of our master bathroom came about unexpectedly, after a problem with our 33 year old jetted tub, which could not be easily repaired. As this renovation was unplanned, the project felt overwhelming.

Easy Renovations did as promised and made this renovation as easy as is possible. They exceeded our expectations. Everything was handled very professionally. From the very first point of contact, things moved in a timely manor. We were impressed with the initial virtual meeting with Eugene.

Various members of the team made themselves available to us (designer, project manager), even prior to our signing a contract, to answer our questions and assist with decisions around design and materials. We were able to visit a number of their suppliers for products that were not shown in the catalogue. There were a few products that we opted to purchase on our own.

We asked for personal references, all of which were very positive. Two of the references were already scheduled for their second bathroom renovation through Easy Renovations.

Everything was done on schedule from the delivery of the materials, delivery of the bin, and start date. The hardworking crew completed the job in 7 working days. Our project manager, Veysal, was very responsive to any request we had and maintained frequent contact with us both in person and by text throughout the project. A few changes were implemented last minute without any issue.

Shower glass panel and door were ready and installed in the expected time frame.

We were very excited to bring our ensuite bathroom out of the dark ages and into the 21st century. We contacted three different contractors (including that company we see a lot of commercials for which was a joke). The nice folks at Easy Renovation (Uliana, Eugene and Nikita) seemed very knowledgeable and experienced and made us feel very comfortable with the choices we made. Although their initial quote was a bit higher than what we had budgeted for, it turned out to be very reasonable for what we were getting. The end result was absolutely beautiful and worth every penny we spent on it. I also need to give a big shout out to the renovation crew of Dod, Reni and Gus who made our dreams come true. These guys are very skilled and made sure that our bathroom was perfect when it was completed. I will definitely be recommending Easy Renovation to friends and family, and we plan to hire them again soon to renovate our other bathroom.
