I have had a terrible experience dealing with Faucetmart. I ordered a bathroom faucet at the beginning of February after not hearing from them with a shipping notice for about six weeks. I contacted them and got no response. I contacted them again and got an email saying that the faucet should be with me in about two weeks. That did not happen. I tried contacting them again no response. I tried contacting them by their chart, no response. I called their customer service line and could not leave a voicemail as the voicemail box was full. I ended up calling someone in shipping, and they looked up the order and said I would be receiving a shipping notice the following week. That was two weeks ago, still no shipping notice. I sent another email to them, no response.
I will have to go to Visa to try and reverse these charges. So frustrating.
