Edward was fantastic. He explained everything in detail, he explored ideas that I had regarding the issue (not all technicians are willing to listen to, let alone act on ideas from the client), and he took the time to take the unit apart and explore all possible causes for the problem. Edward also spotted a plumping issue under my sink, completely unrelated to the dish washer, and fixed it without being asked! I would definitely recommend Edward to anyone who is looking for great customer service.
