I was very impressed with Vlad's service. I called on a Saturday on behalf of my elderly aunt whose DRYER stopped working. Vlad arrived on the same day within hours of my call. He ordered the part and returned on Monday for the repair. I don't live with my aunt and he kept in constant communication with me with updates that I really appreciated. He was professional and courteous always. I definitely recommend Vlad!
